Global Warming is a huge and urgent problem for the planet. For Colorado, it means more longer-lasting draughts and heat waves, both of which threaten our water supply and intensify our wildfire season. One of the largest sources of global warming pollution in Colorado is the transportation sector. So we’re working to implement a statewide Clean Cars Program that would set tougher standards for new cars and trucks sold in Colorado. This would drastically reduce the amount of global warming pollution we produce, and help clean up our air!!

We know we can make a difference.

We recently helped convinced Governor Ritter and the state legislature to double the amount of energy Colorado gets from clean, renewable energy, like wind and solar power to 20% by 2020. This is one of the most aggressive renewable energy standards in the country!!

We need your help.

Big polluters have already
spent millions to convince our leaders to ignore the environment. We don't
have that kind of money to buy politicians in Colorado, so instead,
we are hiring staff to take the message to the people, in communities
across the state, and build the grassroots people power it takes to make
our politicians listen to us.

educate the public, identify supporters, raise money and mobilize public
support.

Make $350-$500 per week.
