need cool place to live!!!

I'm looking for agreat place to live for aleast 1-2yrs !! I'm clean & serene now for 15 yrs !!! & play lots of softball in a recovery leaguge!!! i'm looking to pay or trade work for my space !! it does not have to be fancy !!! but does need to be clean & well organized but ! can help at that!!! i need my own room & bATHROOM SOME STORAGE&PARKING SPACE!!
