I've been offered a new job in Lakewood and I want to share a house in Golden with another professional in their Late 20's or Early 30's. I'm 29 (male) and work as an Aerospace Engineer by day, but when I'm not doing that, I'm out skiing, biking, or other fun stuff outside. Also, I've got a beautiful baby grand piano that I've had in various places that I'd finally like to live with. So, I'd need a space that's big enough to house the piano. I don't currently have any animals, but I've raised birds and dogs, so I'm happy to live with them.



I'm a clean, respectful, and fun person. I don't smoke, do any drugs, and only drink socially. I've owned a house and sold it so I know how to respect property.
