TITLE: APPLICATION IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST
LOCATION: DENVER, COLORADO (NORTH WEST AREA)
SALARY: 50- 60K +/-
BENEFITS: HEALTH, DENTAL, FLEX ACCOUNT, 401K W/MATCHING, STOCK
START DATE: ASAP
TRAVEL: 20 – 35% (COULD BE UP TO 50% FOR THOSE WHO ARE WILLING)

In this role, you’ll participate in implementing and customizing a unique enterprise MS-based software application. You’ll draw on your skills in Excel to design and create customized reports, you’ll utilize your knowledge of ASP (Active Server Pages) to create unique user interfaces, and draw on basic SQL knowledge to adapt existing functionality to clients’ needs. This position involves direct client interaction (in person and via remote communication). Therefore, your attitude about client satisfaction will be as important as your technical skills.
Requirements:
Excel
* Strong Excel skills including familiarity with reports development and use of
tools such as table wizards.
In addition to Excel, you’ll need experience in one of the two following areas:
ASP
* Experience with hands-on programming of Active Server Pages
SQL Server
* Basic understanding of SQL is satisfactory . . .if you understand how queries work, can create reporting views, and write simple stored procedures & triggers, you have the desired level of knowledge
In addition to having experience in two of the three areas listed above, you’ll need:
* Ability to interface well with Clients
* Willingness to travel 20-40% (people currently in this role travel approximately 30%)
* Previous experience working successfully in a team environment
Pluses:
* VBA
* HTML coding
* Mail (SMTP) configuration
* Software installation of a server-based web and database application
* Database installation and configuration
* Windows Internet Information Services (IIS) configuration
* Microsoft Windows 2000 and 2003 Server configuration
* General understanding of network and internet architectures
