The following .NET skillsets are required: 0. General - C# - Great communicator - Excellent team player - Follows defined standards company has set 1. ASP.NET 2.0 - .Master pages - Strong knowledge of component usage - Building forms (.aspx and controls .ascx) - Code behind - Validation - Javascript - AJAX 2. .NET Web Services - Server side creation (interacting with a DB and/or another XML interface) - Client side (consuming a server side web service) 3. Database Interaction - Interfacing with MS SQL The following skills are desired: 1. BizTalk development 2. Multi-threading development 3. Windows services development 4. Good "front-end"/graphical abilities
