Greetings. I sold my home in Denver a few years ago and since then I have been living out of my car, sometimes camping, more often subletting short term in different places. Volunteer work I do for a small non-profit organization has called me back to town and I need to find a clean, quiet place to stay for September. Internet connection (wifi) is a must. My preference is to live alone, have rent that includes utilities, a nice kitchen and some open space for yoga and dancing. A furnished home is a plus. I am mature, have excellent references, and can pay cash (or check) for rent.



I am open to explore living with someone if they work away from home during the day, are non-smoking and don't have cats (I'm allergic to them).
