We’re looking for a top-notch Web UI Developer to focus on design and development of user interface and user experience. You should have a proven track record of success in visual design, interaction/navigation design, content requirements analysis and web usability.





Tools & frameworks you should know:


· HTML, CSS, Flash/Flex


· JavaScript/AJAX, JSP, TagLibs


· Image/graphic editing tools





Techniques you should enjoy:


· Design/build


· XP development process


· Use of wireframes, storyboards


· Test-driven development


· Nimble methodologies





Success you should be able to demonstrate:


· Development of rich, responsive user interfaces employing strategies for localization, smooth failover and accessibility


· Design of hassle-free web experiences


· Effective team participation & communication


· Implementation of high-volume, customer-facing websites
