GREAT OPPORTUNITY!!! WONDERFUL PAY STRUCTURE & FLEXIBLE HOURS (AND YOU DON’T HAVE TO SIT AT A DESK ALL DAY)!
We are looking for someone that will be able to market themselves & the agency… to find additional ways & opportunities to help people understand & get a better value for their insurance!
After initial "training" period - there will be a $1500-$2500 Base wage... PLUS a VERY REWARDING "incentive"/”bonus” structure (Where there is UNLIMITED earning potential- and I expect that they will average between $1000*-$3000* in ADDITION to the base wage!) – *There is a wide range because it will depend on experience, production, types of accounts… etc.
•Insurance Licensed a PLUS (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health) --but not required to apply for the position.
•Ideal person will have a solid background in some aspect of: sales, marketing, customer service, and/or prior experience in insurance.
CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A GENERAL BACKGROUND CHECK - PLEASE LET ME KNOW OF ANY POSSIBLE CREDIT, MVR, AND/OR CONVICTIONS DURING FIRST CONTACT - SO WE CAN DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY FOR EMPLOYMENT. -- Minor "blemishes" probably okay- But ONLY if disclosed during first contact. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A. First and foremost - help people... This position will require energy, and eagerness... I can teach & educate someone on all of the ways to help someone get the most value for their insurance... But, I don't think you can teach someone to care... And the person I hire MUST care about the people they are providing insurance & insurance advice for! - I am looking for someone who will truly care about the people that they are helping...
This agency has been successful because we do care about the people help, and person hire must share our passion!
If you can't tell, we focus on helping people... not "selling" people! And I believe that: If you help people, and do what is right for them... the money will come... and you will feel good, and enjoy what you do!-----------------------------------------------------------------------
