I'm looking for a place that is non-smoking (both currently and historically) due to allergies. Baseboard/radiant heat is something else I'm really trying to find for the same reason. Willing to consider looking as far away as Boulder, but would rather be in the area between Denver and Louisville/Lafayette. If you think you have something that matches up, I'd love to hear about it.
