I'm looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom place, that has hardwood floors and a washer dryer or at least a hook up for one. It needs to accommodate myself, and 1 cat and 1 dog (40lbs).



I don't want to pay more than 650, and would prefer some utilities included (water trash sewer).



Not looking for a room mate though.



If it has a porch/patio/yard that would be even better.
