I am a mature, female writer of children's books and need a quiet room/studio/guest house for short-term stay (3-4 months). I want to leave my car at home so need a place close to public transport. The writing is part-time. I earn my living as a professional proofreader (my work is done online--telecommuting) so Internet access is essential. Would like to be in Denver in the fall but early winter will be fine too.
