Job Description
Job Title: Telemarketing Sales Consultant
Status: Contractor – Full or Part Time Shifts
Comp Range: 100% Commission –
Performance Based with unlimited potential.
Earn between $45-65 per sale. 4 Sales per day on average will earn you 67K per year.
Location: Denver (Telecommute)

· Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette required.
· Must possess solid analytical and problem solving skills
· Excellent organization and time management skills required; must be able to handle multiple, rapidly shifting priorities
· Must be able to politely and concisely communicate complex information and instructions
· Strong English speaking skills required (verbal and written), along with ability to actively listen, accurately interpret instructions and descriptions.
· Must be proficient in use of computer, Internet, telephone, as well as internet search engines.
· Intermediate typing speed and data entry speed and accuracy required, while simultaneously speaking with customers and accessing information systems
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Listen, understand, and respond appropriately to prospective customers. Attempt to close sales from pre-generated leads and recommend our business to business internet marketing products and services in compliance with ongoing sales training and development.
· Successfully communicate complex information and instructions to prospective customers in a courteous manner.
· During calls, concisely and thoroughly document information within electronic tracking and reporting systems, as trained. Maintain customer databases by keying in customer information as authorized.
· Meet Company standards of security, business conduct and productivity. Represent the Company in a courteous and professional manner at all times, both internally and with customers.
· Attend and participate in ongoing training.
· Additional tasks as required.
Education/Experience:
· High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
· Six months sales experience preferred, but not required
· Technical experience with basic internet search capability preferred (How to use Google, Yahoo, etc).
· Ability to communicate effectively with business owners and decision makers. Previous business to business sales experience helpful but not required.
Other Attributes: Upbeat, positive, and friendly personality a plus.
Physical Demands and Work Environment: Light office work. Sitting 80-90% of work day. Speaking with customers 90% of work day through headset. Computer keyboard / mouse use 50%-75% of work day.
