Looking for a place to sleep
Denver, CO • 09/14/2007
I am a 25 year old, college educated, female. I am drama free, level headed, reliable, trustworthy, and very friendly.... most people tell me I am very easy to live with. I do not smoke, I don't party or make a lot of noise, and I don't have any pets that live with me, so I won’t be much of a nuisance. I am also not going to be there very much because of school, work, travel, and family commitments, and when I am, it is to merely sleep, shower, and do some laundry while avoiding a long commute to my house north of Denver.
I am looking for something like an ad I have seen for a "very small room [unfurnished or furnished] with a bed, television with cable, Internet access, washer dryer, backyard. This room is good for somebody that basically needs a place to sleep.... The price [$200] includes utilities, heat And cable." I would prefer female roomate(s), but I am willing to consider living with men (given that I have my own room).
I would be willing to pay a deposit and I could provide employment and personal references. So, if you live in Denver (or nearby surrounding suburb), are somewhat clean, and have a house/apartment that you don't mind sharing with someone, please contact me.
I am attending college for the second degree at Johnson and Wales University (Culinary) for the next year and also working, so I need something affordable, safe, and near Johnson and Wales ideally.
If you have something to offer, please provide some information:
~The address or nearby intersection.
~What you would need/expect from me as a housemate.
~A little bit about you personally and the rental situation (family with extra room or all renters).
I promise to remove this add once I find a place. If you are reading this, YES, I still need a place.
