Nationally ranked, independent agency with it's office in a north Denver community is offering an excellent growth opportunity for an outstanding commercial producer and agency builder. This agency is in a growth mode and is looking to employ a strong commercial producer as well as buying a book of commercial business. Company will only consider applicants who can bring a book of business to the table. Book size should be 300K or larger. Company will honor any non-compete buy out.

Agencies target market is high tech, software, commercial property development, ag businesses such as breweries and pub businesses.

This opportunity offers full and complete management of the Colorado office in five to six years. Incumbent will be responsible from growing the western US. Relationship building and superb sales skills are required. Company is looking for an outstanding successful track record of sales and recruitment.
