I will never go back.
I would encourage people to steer away from Dewitt Dental. One of the Dental Assistants permanently cemented my crown on incorrectly and tried to lie to the dentist (in the other room and I could hear her) trying to blame me for her mistake. When I came back to the office get the incorrectly placed crown taken off, it took an hour to pry it off, and yes, they used a SCREW DRIVER! I ended up needing a root canal in the tooth when it was all said and done. I was in pain for 3 months for a tooth that had no pain to begin with.
My first visit to Dewitt Dental Associates will be my last!!! After examining me, Dr, Simon said, "Have you considered improving the appearance of your mouth? Notice how I phrased that in the form of a question and didn't say" Your mouth looks like shit!' " This is not only bad manners,it's bad business! I work in the area & will tell everyone I come in contact with how rude & abusive this man is.
